.who we are: week four.

Happy Wednesday! Boy has this week gone on forever or what!?! Last night I kept thinking it was Thursday! Because of all the snow, Kyle's work has been taking him longer and I've been stuck in the house going stir crazy....it just makes for long tiring days! (Not that I'm not grateful! But the poor husband is worn out from walking in the snow all day!) I hope you guys all got some snow days thrown in the last week or so and that you got a chance to catch up on sleep or a book or chores or just simply got to do nothing! :) And hopefully, the snow is melting, the sun is coming out, the Spring air is on it's way! *fingers crossed*

Q and A after the jump! Enjoy!

What would you be happy doing for hours on end?

 Eating. :)

What is one thing you always disagree on as a couple?

Who's better at Carcassonne. (i'm better....)

That I'm better at Ping Pong. (Apparently we are a really competitive couple...that's good right?)

What is one thing you always agree on?

We pretty much agree on everything.

 Watching Law & Order....we're addicts. :)

What is your favorite Olympic event?

 Downhill skiing.

 Volleyball and swimming.

If you had the money to buy your significant other any one thing right now what would you buy them?

If I was just buying something out of the blue, right this second, I would buy her a new camera. (yeeeeah!)

A Mac Book for school. Those things are expensive little buggers!

Would you rather be blind or deaf?

Deaf 'cause I could learn sign language.

Deaf for sure! I wouldn't be able to handle not seeing Kyle's (or any other loved one's) smile, or blue eyes, or crazy hair, or pouty face....gah! kills me just thinking about it!

What is one thing you admire about your mother (or mother figure)?

I admire her dedication to raising 8 kids and homeschooling them. I think she did a good job!

I admire my mom for a million and one reasons, but the biggest is her love and passion for Jesus. I mean, seriously...she is always learning, studying, and digging deep into the Bible and challenging her faith.

What food do you HATE?

Condiments, there's no point to them. Keep it simple. (he is just now starting to like cheese...cheese, people!! the best invention of all time!)

ONIONS. *gag* even the smell of them drives me nuts.

Who is your favorite superhero?

Iron Man because I always wanted to fly when I was little, and I wish I had an exoskeleton flight suit/armor.

 Christian Bale...er....I mean Batman.

What value or principle, if any, are you a true advocate for?

I'd be an advocate for people being more optimistic. There's so negativity around, it just drags everybody down.

It really, reeeally bothers me when I see people not treating other's with respect. Whether it's a school bully, an adult belittling someone younger, or a child  being disrespectful to their parents...I just can't handle it. There's too much ugly in the world already to not be nice to people...no matter what.

questions were grabbed from here.

  1. Julia, if you smell your hands RIGHT NOW I'm pretty sure they smells like onions and you should wash them again.
