.sisters.

Sister's Are Good For...

listening to your ramblings.

telling you what you need to hear...even if it's not what you want to hear.

laughing way too hard with. (over possibly the silliest things)

stealing clothes from.

planning parties with.

talking about babies after your husband gets tired of hearing about them over and over and over.

helping decorate your house.

warning you when that outfit is just a little too crazy.

braiding your hair because you don't know how.

going antique shopping aaaaall afternoon with.

reading your mind when something hilarious happens, so all you have to do is make eye contact.

sharing desserts with (sometimes....)

talking you in to dying your hair crazy colors

staying up until all hours of the night talking.

standing up for you (who says brothers are the only ones?).

............................................................................................................

Am I the only one who seems to take my sister for granted? Since I've grown up with my sister and we've always been best friends, it's easy to get in the habit of not stepping back and being grateful for. There's something very powerful about being able to say "we've always been best friends." Even Especially if that person is your sister. What a perfect example of a God given blessing.

Thank you, Amber. For your friendship, guidance, and unconditional love. :)

    1. Ugh. Jenny! I couldn't imagine being in your shoes...I think I would die (or more likely, go insane) if I didn't have Am nearby!
