.china town.

While wandering around New York our first day (hunting for the Supreme Court...because we're nerds like that...) We stumbled upon Chinatown. It was a nice little surprise as when we were planning, we didn't know if we'd have time/desire to go there. It was a very interesting place! We bought a couple souvenirs, tried on some hats (still kicking myself for not buying one!), and "ooh"ed and "aaaw"ed the strange looking food. Then the rain started pouring and our poor little umbrella lost the battle vs the wind...so we decided to head back to the apartment to dry off and get our boots. :)

...yes, it's HUGE! Luckily, my husband is awesome with directions (and subway apps) and we never got too terribly turned around. haha
