.a weekend at the lake.

This past weekend was exactly what Kyle and I needed. We swam until our fingers were pruned, fished until we ran out of bait, went without sleep to jump from the dock, laid in the sun until our skin was pink, tubed until our muscles were sore, ate until we couldn't eat any more, and relaxed the weekend away.

It was perfect.

A refreshing little getaway.

Also, I gotta tell ya, waking up to a big, blue body of water...not bad. Not bad at all.

Also, sorry for the picture overload (not really), but it's really hard to get a bad picture of a place so beautiful.

Also, I've never caught a fish in my life. It makes me sad to think about. I mean...how pathetic is it that "catch a fish" is on my bucket list??
