taking it slow

our fourth was pretty great. we played kick ball, drove around on go karts, went blackberry and sand plum hunting, ate grilled salmon, and watched a firework show.

today we are taking it slow. we slept as late as we wanted, and to be perfectly honest, we just might still be in our pj's. we've got big plans of doing absolutely nothing today....maybe, if we feel ambitious, we might see the fault in our stars. (kyle said he'd see it with me in theaters, if i would read a star wars book. haha)

here are some other ways i'm gonna be spending my lazy day.

looking at this seriously awesome book idea.

possibly making this delicious looking spread. i mean...come on!

drooling over these fantastic pictures of new york.

watching this preview over and over and over in anticipation. (aaah!)

how was your celebrations? i hope you guys are recovering nicely. :)

  1. These pictures are really cool! I had a nice, relaxing celebration at home with my dad and brothers, and watched some fireworks from the front door!
